Trims and Powertrain

The rear-wheel-drive 2025 Corvette Stingray is offered as either a hard-top convertible or a coupe with a removable roof panel. There three trim packages are the 1LT, 2LT, and 3LT. A naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 making 490 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque is mounted behind the seats. When the Z51 Performance Package is added, output will increase to 495 horsepower and 470 lb.-ft. of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission completes the powertrain. All trims get a drive-mode selector with six settings. According to the EPA, the Corvette Stingray returns an average of 16 miles to the gallon in city driving and 25 mpg on the highway.

Standard and Optional Equipment

The 1LT gets a mix of great features for comfort and performance. The cabin features leather upholstery with perforated inserts on eight-way power-adjustable GT1 sport seats, an automatic climate control for both driver and passenger, a power tilt-and-telescopic steering column, a digital rearview mirror, push-button ignition, a 12-inch configurable gauge cluster, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and USB ports. This base trim also comes with proximity keyless entry, remote start, an engine hatch with a power pull-down function, heated power side mirrors, and LED exterior lights with auto-on/off headlights. For performance it gets Brembo brakes, an electronic limited-slip differential, variable assist speed-sensitive steering, a specially tuned suspension, and staggered-size aluminum wheels: 19-inch alloys in front and 20-inch alloys in back.

The 2LT’s upgrades include heated and ventilated seats with additional power settings and position memory, a heated steering wheel, a head-up display, a performance data and video recorder, power-folding side mirrors with auto-dimming, and a wireless smartphone charging pad. The 3LT is the most loaded, getting GT2 sport seats upholstered in Nappa leather, a microfiber headliner and sun visors, and leather wrapping on the upper instrument panel, console, and door panels.

The Z51 Performance Package is the highlight of the ’25 Corvette Stingray’s list of options. It’s available for all three trims and contains a redesigned spoiler as well as upgraded elements (suspension, Brembo brakes, rear axle ratio, cooling system, exhaust, tires, and electronic limited-slip differential) that allow the car to be driven on a track.

Advanced Driver Aids and Safety Technology

Chevy installs an array of safety technology on every 2025 Corvette Stingray. The standard list consists of automatic high beams, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and bicyclist detection, lane-keeping assist with lane departure warning, a following distance indicator, and parking sensors (rear). The 2LT and 3LT also get a blind-spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert, and a front-view parking monitor. All trims get a rearview monitor (upgraded with curb view on the two higher trims), airbags, anti-lock brakes, traction control, and stability control.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The 8-inch Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus system is found every Corvette Stingray for 2025.  All three trims have Bluetooth, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a Bose audio system: there are ten speakers in the 1LT, while the 2LT and 3LT get 14 speakers. All trims have subscription-based access to a Wi-Fi hotspot and OnStar services, but only the 2LT and 3LT have navigation.
