My son and I were looking for a used
car and found a Saturn on AAA's car buying service. Since David's friend
and several of my husband's workmates have Saturns they are pleased
with, we went to Hurd Auto Mall to check theirs out. Ashley was very
friendly and courteous, and John quickly came out to greet us and show
us the car. It was in excellent condition and John answered all of our
questions in a pleasant and helpful manner. He took us on a test drive,
showing great familiarity with the area (which we did not have). David
and I were very impressed by the Saturn's quiet engine and superb
handling, and frankly the only reason we didn't buy it is that we felt
we should at least look at other cars first. In addition, John's
personable and candid manner made the whole experience the best I can
recall. Back at the dealership, he quickly got us all the additional
info we needed, and we concluded our visit with a chat with Ashley. I
would have been perfectly happy to buy the Saturn for myself, but David
is the one who needed a car. He ended up going with a Focus from another
dealership. Still, I would go back to Hurd when my Caravan finally
gives out, and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs a car.

Everything from the price and quality of the vehicle to the personalized
service from the salesmen, sales mgr, and finance mgr. They treated you
like family. Will be making the four hour travel to buy from them
again.

As usual, Dave Richards of Hurd
Chevrolet, delivered. After buying two new Chevy trucks from Hurd, it
was a no brainer to come back. I called Dave Richards a week prior to my
visit and told him what we were looking for. We set an appointment for
the following Saturday. Dave's great sidekick, Joe, met us at the door
and took us to the 2011 Impala we were interested in. Joe is an expert
on these and showed us every feature these cars have, and they are many.
Joe knows Chevies! In less than a couple of hours, after talking
trade-in and financing, we left Hurd's with our new Chevy Impala and a
smile on our face. No haggle, no wrangling, no hassle. Hurd is the only
place for your new or used Chevrolet.

THE DOOR I WAS TREATED DIFFERENT. THE NO PREESURE APPROUCH WAS INVITING
AND WARM.MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST RATE DEALING WITH RICHARD WHO

My Review of Hurd Auto Mall:
Well my wife and I were looking at
Wranglers and we found a bunch in the area. After leaving many other
dealerships (including several Jeep dealers) frustrated at the amount of
time spent wasted on going over numbers (after I clearly walked in with
the MAX I would spend), we found a beautiful 2010 Wrangler at Hurd. We
pretty much went there not expecting much, but what a difference. Joe
sold us the Jeep, and made things so painless for us. We told him what
we wanted to spend, what we wanted for our trade, and he made it work.
He even beat my bank's interest rate by nearly 3% which was a great
bonus. He took care of registration,insurance, making it effortless for
us. I would do business with them again for sure. I would also highly
recommend them to anyone looking for a new of used vehicle, and don't
feel like doing the run-around for hours like you will with most dealers
in the area.

I recently purchased my first car
from a dealership. After going to three other dealerships and leaving
not feeling as good as I wanted to, I stopped at Hurd Auto Mall. (My
boyfriend had been telling me that I should stop there. He has purchased
three cars there over the years and has always had great experiences.)
When
I started looking at the cars, I was approached by sales man David
Levasseur. I explained to him what I was looking for, told him it was my
first time and how I was unsure of what kind of vehicle I wanted.
He
was so pleasant and knowledgable and took his time going over every car
that I was interested in. When I told him there were 4 different cars
that I liked, he said.. "Well, lets take them all for a drive." With
each car he explained so much in detail and the aspects of each car that
he felt would fit my needs and what I was looking for.
He
talked to me like he had known me forever and made me feel so much at
ease. My experience at Hurd Auto Mall, with David Levasseur was great. I
couldn't have asked for better.
When I went to pick up the car the following day, David helped me in transfering my belongings from my old car to my new car.
Once I left, he called & e-mailed to see how everything was going and to make sure I was happy with the car.
I
had a couple questions about different things after I bought the car,
so I called and left a message. Each time he called back right away and
went above and beyond to assist me.
My first oil change is coming
up and Hurd Auto Mall has sent me a reminder e-mail and phone call. The
service area is wonderful and on top of things.
I have and will continue recommending Hurd Auto Mall.

My Review of Hurd Auto Mall:
After some terrible experiences and
misleading promisses at other dealerships ( Metro Honda). I ended up at
Hurd Chevrolet. As I spoke with the sales person of my finances and my
situation he discussed it over with his finance consultant. They came
back to me and said they could help me with my situation and they never
misled me in anyway and was completely honest with me right from the
start, unlike other dealerships!
Needless to say I now have a brand
new car at a finance rate I didnt think I could get. Everyone at Hurd
Chevrolet from Sales staff to Management was exceptionally kind and I
was treated with respect at all times. This has been the best car buying
experience I have had in my 20+yrs of being a car owner. Thank you to
everyone at Hurd Chevrolet for making this such a painless and pleasant
car buying experience.

Dear Mr. Hurd.
I
bought a 2011 equinox a few weeks ago and love it. I just wanted to say
that while I am a very tough customer, I had the pleasure of having
Brian Pompey as the sales person.I acutally felt bad that he had to help
me. The day that I went was the 100 degree weather, it was so hot, and
yet he was so sweet. He told me he was new and would do his best, well
that impressed me because he was so candid and sincere. He brought me
through all the cars in the hot weather and I ended up coming back the
next day to pick it up. The service manager, David Richards had a real
challenge trying to get me to accept the price of the car.
Well they
were so nice. I attended the seminar and was impressed with how friendly
and personable you were to each and every buyer. I stopped by last
night with my daughterinlaw to check out the cars for her.
Tonight I
came back with my daughter inlaw and she bought a 2011 cruze. We had to
wait while the car had to be cleaned and the paperwork to be completed
and sat with Brian once again. He talked as if he knew us for years. I
know that he was new but he just made the time go by and tried so hard
to be helpful. Well I talked all day with David Richards until we came
to the term of the loan that she would be satisfied with. David was
funny, but persistent and would not give up until we were back signing
the papers and picking up the car. You have a great staff and that is
why I have bought my fourth car here as well a servicing of two pickup
trucks also. Preently you will be servicing our three vechicles as well
as my daughterinlaws car.
Just thought you would like to know how
very satisfied we are with your establshment. I have been to ford, and
other GM dealers and have to say I feel the most comfortable at Hurd
AutoMall.

We were over a friends house and saw
that his wife had a new chevy malibu. We looked and sat in it and I
instantly liked it and asked him where they bought it. He tolded us they
bought it at Hurd Automall and if you go there talk to Ed Trotta that
he is very nice, helpful and knowledge about his job and product. We
would recommend anybody that ask us where we bought it, we would say
talk to Ed Trotta at Hurd Automall. Our experience was a pleasant one

Just purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse
from Hurd and had a great experience. Went in looking for either a new
or used Traverse or Acadia with 2nd row captain's chairs, and was just
checking what they had in stock and what would be the better deal. Had
already shopped around and got pricing from another dealer for a 2011
Traverse but ended up getting a new 2010 overstock Traverse at Hurd with
more options and captain's chairs for a better price. My purchase was
an AWD vehicle with running boards, roof rack, bluetooth and automatic
start vs the 2011 FWD with only standard factory features that the other
dealer was offering and Hurd had the better price. They also gave me a
very fare price on my trade in as well. I'm very satisfied with my
purchase and with the overall experience. Thanks to Steve and all the
staff at Hurd that helped me drive home in my new car the same day I
purchased it.

Everyone we met at the Hurd
dealership were friendly and helpful. We had a particular
vehicle,color, and package that we wanted. Other dealers kept calling
and trying to sell us a vehicle they had in inventory. We told Dave
what we wanted and when he got it to let us know. David along with his
sales manager David Richards found the perfect vehicle for us and
another dealership out of state, and arranged to have it brought to us.

price range we were looking at and found a great fit. This is the second

joe was wonderful. best car salesman i
have ever dealt with. i wanted a used volvo wagon. there were none
there. i test drove 3 other vehicles with a trainee. one of them seemed
like a possibility. but i was not completely sold.
when we got
back, joe had a volvo v-70 wagon, that had just come in. he showed it to
me, and said it needed to be cleaned up. i asked if i could try it,
anyway. he was ok with that, and i loved it immediately.
the
volvo was about $5,500.00 less than the other car that i was kind of
interested in. joe was great. he didn't try to push me into one of the
more expensive cars. he took the time to listen to me, and found what i
wanted!

I was referred by a friend to give
Mr. Anderson a call after I totaled my 2000 9-5 Saab. I have an
extremely busy inflexible schedule. After one call to Mr. Anderson, he
was at my business THAT night with the car I saw on-line. I loved the
car, 9-5 2003 Saab, and bought it soon after. About 2 days after my
purchase, an engine light went on. I alerted Mr. Anderson, who told me
to call Mr. Richards. Mr. Richards told me to come right down and have
the car looked at. When I arrived Mr. Richards had a loaner car waiting
for me and the issue was quickly resolved. When I picked up the car
Mr. Leonard sat with me to go over what the issue was and gave me some
maintenance tips I had never thought of. From the receptionist to the
sales manager and right down to Chris Hurd, who had a little reception
for new owners, everyone at Hurd was phenomenal. I am in sales myself
and it takes a whole lot to wow me....but man they did it. I can only
hope that I treat my clients have as well as the family at Hurd treated
me. I am a raving fan!!!!
