From the moment I called Mary with Buick Roadside assistance, I had a very satisfying experience. Charlie from Hurd service called as soon as my car arrived on flatbed, and always kept me updated on the problem. He informed when my transmission would be fixed and my enclave was even ready early. Charlie was very professional and considerate. He knew that my car was needed back and called Friday night so I could pick it up before the weekend! Not only do I love driving my 2008 Buick Enclave, but I love knowing that I have a great dealer in case problems arise. In the 5 years I have been a Buick owner, my Enclave has continued to be reliable- this was the first breakdown. Mike Larcher was very helpful and professional in helping me with getting a new radio to replace the defective radio in my Buick Lacrosse. Also in helping with identifying the problem with my heated seats and the blower with the heating unit. Also Jorge's and I believe his name was John they took the time to help me with the problem I was having paring my cell phone with the hands free calling......
